Jack Wilshere has recalled the time he got into a spat with Seamus Coleman which led to the Everton star branding Wilshere as 'overrated'.
Wilshere is currently without a club and training with Arsenal as he looks to keep in shape.
And the former England international was on media duties with TalkSport where he revealed a tunnel bust-up he had with Ireland captain Coleman.
When asked about the worst bust-ups in his career, Wilshere said: "I’ve had a few. The most serious one was probably Seamus Coleman.
“It was pre-season, I think it was in China and I’m just winding him up the whole game.
“Then he just snapped, he lost his head and started shouting at me “you’re overrated” and all this. He followed me down the tunnel. I ran off!”
And another Irishman came in for attention with Darren Bent saying his worst spats were with Andy Reid.
The pair spent time at Charlton and Sunderland together and Bent said that on the pitch the two had exchanged verbals.
“I remember getting into a row with Andy Reid at Charlton. It was Sheffield United away and he wasn’t passing the ball. I just lost it on the pitch.
“I think it might have been Andy Reid again against Liverpool. We had a right tear-up on the pitch, just screaming at each other.”
