Jack Whitehall has been left fuming after his girlfriend Roxy Horner cut his hair with disastrous results.
The 31-year-old comedian embarked on a lockdown romance earlier this year with 28-year-old Roxy – who was previously romantically linked to Hollywood superstar Leonardo DiCaprio, 45, back in 2016.
However, it looks like the blossoming romance between Jack and Roxy almost got cut short – after her hairdressing skills proved to be below standard.
Jack was happy to sit in a chair while Roxy set to work earlier this month – but says he later discovered one horrifying detail after the other the more he studied the results.
Speaking to the Mail on Sunday, Jack huffed: “She cut my hair. It was very severe.”
The Fresh Meat star revealed he had to make an emergency call to his usual hairdresser to try to sort out thinning patches, and ‘80s hair crime details.
He said: “I had to secretly FaceTime my hairdresser. I was like, 'What has she done to me?'
“There was a bald patch which she attacked a little bit too vigorously. I had a mullet for some time as well, which she hadn't told me about.”
He went on to declare Roxy liked the fruits of her work, saying: “She was like, 'I like the fluffy bits at the back!’”
Last month, Jack and Roxy went public with their romance when they went for a lockdown stroll together.
The couple were spied walking hand in hand after isolating together in Jack’s London flat.
A source previously explained the pair had opted to move fast with their romance after the government advised couples back in March to make a choice about isolating together and stick with it for the duration of lockdown.
The source said: “Jack and Roxy are enjoying being in isolation together. It’s all very new but they’re in their own little bubble and things are perfect at the moment.
“Being on lockdown in a honeymoon period is certainly one way to get to know each other quickly. But the more time they spend together the happier they seem.”
