Jack White will embark on his first tour in nearly four years by returning to the familiar grounds of Detroit's Masonic Temple Theatre.
The homegrown rocker will play the Midtown venue April 8 and 9 to kick off his five-month Supply Chain Issues Tour, announced Friday morning by Live Nation.
Tickets will go on sale to the general public at 10 a.m. Dec. 17. A presale for members of the Third Man Records Vault club will start at 10 a.m. Monday, with a presale for Citi cardholders to run from 10 a.m. Tuesday through 10 p.m. Thursday.
The Masonic dates in Detroit's Cass Park Historic District are billed as album release shows, coinciding with the April 8 release of White's "Fear of the Dawn," part of a 2022 twofer that will include the July 22 album "Entering Heaven Alive."
White's tour will crisscross the U.S. into the summer before heading overseas for European dates, including multiple nights in London and Paris. He'll head back to the U.S. in August before wrapping the tour in Kansas City, Missouri.
