Jack Nicholson has retired from acting, according to US reports.
From his early roles in Roger Corman films like Little Shop of Horrors, through to Oscar-winning turns in One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest, Terms of Endearment and As Good As It Gets, he's created memorable characters in scores of films that can reasonably be deemed "classics".
