Belgian side Oostende have reportedly activated their option to sign Jack Hendry on a permanent deal for £1.75m.
And they could earn a quick profit on the former Celtic star with a host of teams keen to secure the 26-year-old this summer.
Hendry is currently starring for the Scotland national team ahead of Euro 2020 and the likes of Leeds, Burnley and Newcastle are keeping tabs on the ball-playing stopper.
The former Dundee man breathed new life into his career after turning heads during his loan spell in Belgium where he received glowing reviews for his displays.
Celtic face major decisions on a host of positions next season and their star defender Kris Ajer wants out of Parkhead this summer with only 12 months remaining on his current deal.

According to the Daily Mail, Hendry won't earn a chance to impress incoming boss Ange Postecoglu when the Australian eventually takes the reins at Parkhead.
The defender also added to his burgeoning reputation with his display in the 2-2 draw with Holland that also included his first goal for the national team.
Elsewhere. Odsonne Edouard is expected to link up with former boss Brendan Rodgers at Leicester City, although Celtic are aiming to hold out for more than the £15m tentatively offered by the Foxes.
