Jack Grealish teases Arsenal fans amid transfer links with Bukayo Saka message

Arsenal's unbeaten run in the Premier League continued with a 3-1 victory against Southampton, securing revenge on the south coast after their FA Cup exit at the hands of the same opposition at the weekend.

Goals from Nicolas Pepe, Bukayo Saka and Alexandre Lacazette saw the Gunners extend their impressive streak, with Mikel Arteta's side picking up 16 points from the last 18 available.

That has put Arsenal in a solid position ahead of this weekend's crucial clash against Manchester United, where victory would propel the Gunners back into the hunt for a top-four finish and Champions League football.

While all eyes are cast on the field as Arsenal look to continue their rejuvenation after a poor first half of the season, some attention has been attracted off it.

Fans have become aware of Saka's friendship with Aston Villa captain Jack Grealish, a player supporters have been clamouring for Arsenal to sign.

The England international responded to his compatriot on social media following the Gunners' victory against the Saints.

Taking to Instagram after the game, Saka posted: "Goal, assist and 3 points. Perfect Tuesday night. Enjoy Gunners," alongside a number of emojis.

Grealish quickly responded with a simple comment that read: "Starboyyyyyy," alongside an emoji of a shooting star and a football.

While it is just a friendly interaction between friends, many Arsenal fans have made it clear they would love to see Grealish secure a move to the Emirates Stadium.

The 25-year-old has been in incredible form this season, scoring five goals and contributing eight assists in 17 Premier League appearances.
