Jack Grealish and Jordan Henderson make Champions League joke

Liverpool captain Jordan Henderson laughed as Jack Grealish appeared to gently rib Manchester City starlet Phil Foden for his Champions League final defeat with City last month.

The two Premier League skippers joked about 'changing up' the attire - typically from tracksuits to suits - for a final as the England stars met ahead of the squad picture at St George's Park.

Foden was on the wrong end of a 1-0 score-line in the Champions League showpiece last month as Kai Havertz scored the winner for Chelsea to deny Manchester City a maiden tournament title.

Borussia Dortmund star Jude Bellingham makes Steven Gerrard claim

Jude Bellingham has named former Liverpool captain Steven Gerrard as the only player past or present who he would swap shirts with.

Bellingham became the youngest first-team player in Birmingham City’s history when he made his debut at Portsmouth aged just 16 years and 63 days on August 6, 2019.

The Stourbridge-born teenager made 44 appearances in all competitions and scored four goals, while helping them to win the DFB-Pokal.

That impressive form led to the midfielder being named in Gareth Southgate’s England squad for Euro 2020.

A brace from Manuel Locatelli and a late strike from Ciro Immobile inflicted further damage to their hopes of Euro 2020 progression following their draw with Wales last weekend.

Giorgio Chiellini thought he put the hosts in front in the first half after he stabbed the loose ball home but VAR deemed the veteran to have handled as he challenged for a header with Arsenal's Granit Xhaka.

Following the loss in Rome, Vladimir Petkovic's side now need to win on Sunday against Turkey to be in with a shout of finishing as one of the best third-placed teams or if they overturn the goal difference.

But the 29-year-old alongside Granit Xhaka came under fire by the press in his native Switzerland.
