Jack Grealish has been compared with the likes of Thierry Henry and Cristiano Ronaldo amid the transfer situation encompassing him at Aston Villa.
The 24-year-old midfielder is hot property this summer after an impressive season back in the Premier League, in which he helped lead his side to survival on the final day.
Man Utd are favourites to land his signature, though their interest has cooled of late, while Arsenal have thrown their name in the mix as potential suitors.
Villa are in no rush to sell their star man though, slapping an £80million price tag on his head to ward off keen bidders.
And pundit Danny Mills feels Villa must stand firm over their captain, as they could face a difficult problem ahead.
"No one is irreplaceable but you can never really replace like-for-like,” Mills told Football Insider.
"A lad that is a Villa fan, their captain, that has come through the system and turned into one their best players – it is almost impossible. But they will find another player and other players will step up.
"It is like Henry at Arsenal, [Eden] Hazard at Chelsea, Cristiano Ronaldo [at Man Utd] – how do you replace them? It is tough but it happens.
"It is something you have to deal with in football. It would be a big issue."
It is difficult to fathom any side stumping up that sort of cash for Grealish in the current climate.
United have seemingly prioritised a £100m move for Borussia Dortmund's Jadon Sancho which would make a huge dent in their transfer budget.
Several other clubs are believed to be interested in Grealish, including Arsenal, though are only said to be willing to pay between £50-60m - a figure Villa will not accept.
