Jack Grealish has been backed to emulate Luka Modric and Gareth Bale after completing his £100million switch to Manchester City.
The 25-year-old has emerged as one of the hottest properties in the Premier League - and across Europe - with his swashbuckling displays for Aston Villa.
Indeed, he totted up 16 direct goal involvements last season for his beloved hometown club - despite missing part of the season through injury (shin).
Grealish continued that form into Euro 2020 with England, prompting Pep Guardiola and key figures responsible for transfers at the Etihad Stadium to identify him as a priority target.
Now, the playmaker has arrived at City for a British record transfer fee - and in doing so, has been urged to take his game to the next level.
Speaking to talkSPORT, former Tottenham midfielder Jamie O'Hara said: "It's a great move for Jack Grealish. I've got to say, it's a hell of a lot of money for him.
"They are going to be enjoyable to watch, Man City. You're talking about Kevin de Bruyne and Jack Grealish, two of the most... or the two most creative players in the Premier League.
"It's going to be a fantastic watch to see what they do this season."
O'Hara added: "It will be interesting to see how good Jack Grealish gets now. He's been in and out of the England side and he is that fans' favourite with the England punters - with Villa as well.
"It will be interesting to see if he goes to another level. When you see players step up; I always look at Luka Modric and Gareth Bale. They were brilliant at Spurs and then they went and signed for Real Madrid.
"They went to a whole new level there. I feel like Jack Grealish can do that.
"If he goes there now, this season is going to be massive for him to really show what he's about, because he's going to have loads of the ball. They're going to dominate possession.
"He's going to be able to create so many more chances than he already creates. It's going to be a good watch, that's for sure."
