Jack Grealish and Erling Haaland party in PJs as England stop Man City star's celebrations

Jack Grealish will report for England international duty today - once he's changed out of his pyjamas anyway.

Manchester City finally landing the Champions League after their 1-0 win over Inter Milan on Saturday prompted 48 hours of wild celebrations, and the England star has been joined by Erling Haaland in taking centre stage. Quite literally on Monday night as it happened, as the squad concluded their bus parade by addressing thousands of fans, with Grealish strangely sporting a high-vis vest while Haaland was topless despite torrential rain.

Introducing himself as a 'turkey', Grealish had vodka poured down his throat. That's after he was seen leading the dressing room party on Saturday, sinking beers and belting out songs while Haaland smoked cigars.

And the pair were among a host of players who then boarded a chartered flight to Ibiza just hours after returning to the UK on Sunday. And yet, whilst others may have been flagging come the parade, both Grealish and Haaland made it out into town afterwards, and were pictured in their pyjamas entering a nightclub.

But the party is now over for Grealish and four other England players. John Stones, Phil Foden, Kyle Walker and Kalvin Phillips will all join the 27-year-old in joining up with Gareth Southgate's squad at St George's Park, ahead of two upcoming Euro 2024 qualifiers.

The Three Lions face Malta on Friday, before hosting North Macedonia three days later. A report in the Daily Mail claims the quintet will not immediately go into full training, with the plan to only use them for the latter of the two matches.

That may come as a huge relief to Grealish, who was still in Man City kit the day after the final and admitted on Monday he was unsure if he'd slept since the final whistle in Turkey. And Kalvin Phillips may also need to be handled with care after his own appearance on stage at Oxford Street.

He too had not long landed from Ibiza. And the midfielder serenaded teammate Stones with an X-rated chant, behaviour which the defender seemed to lap up.

Wearing dark sunglasses and a Man City bucket hat, and also holding two bottles of beer, the former Leeds man sung to the tune of Daddy Cool by Boney M, but with his own lyrics.

To the appreciation of those watching he belted out a song in praise of City's versatile defender/midfielder: “Johnny, Johnny Stones, Johnny, Johnny Stones. He gets the Blues excited, he f***ing hates United!”
