What?
Grealish has been one of the standout players of the Premier League campaign and may be available for transfer this summer.
Should Villa be relegated, he will be one of the hottest properties on the transfer market, with Manchester United and Liverpool also linked with the Villa skipper.
Ciro Immobile
Who?
The Lazio forward who has scored 30 goals in 33 games this season.
Where?
Citta Celeste - via Sport Witness - claims Everton are willing to pay Immobile €8m a year to tempt him to leave Lazio this summer.
They also claim Carlo Ancelotti is ‘ready to get serious’ to sign the striker this summer after missing out on him while at Napoli last summer.
What?
Given Everton could do with the extra firepower up top, it is easy to see why reports like this are circulating.
But given Immobile’s age, being 30-years-old, and Everton’s believed focus on adding much younger signings to their ranks from now on, the Blues may look elsewhere this summer.

Where?
Reports in Italy - via the Mail - claim Inter Milan the latest club said to be eyeing a summer transfer and are looking to offer £25m to buy the former Juventus man.
What?
Even though Kean has struggled for large parts of this season, he is still only 20 and still has plenty to offer moving forward.
Also, given Carlo Ancelotti is now at the helm, Kean's prospects of gaining more game time and improving at the club have certainly improved over the last few months.
