Jack Fincham has been flaunting his incredible weight loss after losing almost two stone.
The Love Island 2018 winner, 29, took to his Instagram stories on Wednesday night to post a topless picture of himself, and his body has undergone a complete transformation.
In the snap he donned a pair of red shorts, a silver necklace and a seriously blingy gold watch and matching bracelet.
His arms, face and legs are visibly slimmer and his abs are clearly becoming more defined.
He captioned the photo by tagging his Love Island co-star Adam Collard, comparing himself to the famously muscular star.
Jack captioned the photo: "@AdamCollard I'm coming for ya."
The TV regular finished the post with a cry laughing emoji, showing he was only teasing Adam.
When he appeared on Love Island 2018 he was more known for having more of a 'dad bod' than his buff castmates.
Earlier this month he revealed how much weight he'd lost as he prepared for a boxing match.
Jack said: "I've done about a stone and a half so far but I've probably got a stone to go."
He added: "This lifestyle is so much better. The healthy lifestyle - I needed a bit of regime in my life."
Jack previously revealed that his fans are desperate for him to get his dad bod back.
He told The Sun : "Most people, girls especially, I keep getting messages saying 'get the dad bod back!'
"So I think people prefer the dad bod."
