Jack Fincham said he “looks like a nutter” while holidaying alone in Portugal following his split from girlfriend Frankie Sims.
The former Love Island star, 30, jetted off to the sunny Algarve on his own after ending his relationship with the TOWIE stunner.
And he took to social media to insist that while he might look crazy drinking and dining on his own, he was having more fun that other couples he had spotted, and claimed they were all in dead end relationships.
Jack told his fans and followers on Instagram he had been on the receiving end of stares from other people in a restaurant as he drank a daiquiri on his own.
“I've come on holiday on my own and that alone I think is quite brave, walking into a restaurant full of couples and families, sitting down,” he began.
“People are looking at me like I'm a nutter, but I have seen so many couples sitting here where I'm sitting and they're not even talking. I'm having more fun on my own than they are having.”
He then pointed out that he was drinking near to a couple who weren't talking while together in the restaurant, and dished out some brutal relationship advice.
“I'm looking at a couple now over there and they are not even talking to each other. What is the point?
“Just end the relationship, go home and meet someone else. Why sit opposite each other not even talking. I watched this couple for about half an hour,” Jack added, noting that he’d been watching the couple for a while.
“'I'm having a whale of a time on my own with my daiquiri and they are sitting and not talking. It's cr*p so if that's your relationship mate, it's got to end,” he fired.
He then shared a video from a luxurious spa, as he treated himself to some pampering.
The 30-year-old reality star recently made his return to social media after he appeared in court to deny charges of driving under the influence of cocaine and Valium.
He posted a picture of himself smiling, as he captioned the snap: “Never judge someone without knowing the whole story. You may think you understand but you don't.”
The former pen salesman was stopped by police officers near his home in Swanley, Kent, in January.
Prosecutors allege Jack was found to have 239 micrograms of benzoylecgonine — a by-product of cocaine — in his blood, as well as 632 micrograms of diazepam in his system.
He was also spotted to chatting to four police officers in a car park in south east London recently, after cops were called over reports Jack was acting suspiciously.
