Jablonec in Celtic Europa League fear as worried Czech boss insists Ange Postecoglou's side are BETTER than last season

Worried Jablonec boss Petr Rada isn't buying talk of a crisis at Celtic, as he insists they're BETTER than last season.

After three competitive games new manager Ange Postecoglou is without a win, with his side already out of the Champions League.

That's seen them drop down to the Europa League where they'll come up against Jablonec, third in the Czech top flight last season.

And while Celtic were beaten by Hearts on Saturday, their opponents were thrashed 3-0 by Mlada Boleslav.

He said: "I'm very angry with the players. They can't say they weren't prepared. I went to watch Mlada Boleslav personally a week ago and they were armed with first-hand information.

"It was the worst possible preparation for the match against Celtic.

"My assistant manager, Zdenek Klucky, watched Celtic's games against FC Midtjylland.

"He told me they have a much stronger team than last season, even though they also went out of the Champions League last season too.

"We have to forget about this performance.

"It's a different opponent and a different competition, so we have to concentrate on Celtic and give a completely different performance.

"When we play Celtic, we cannot afford to make the same stupid mistakes we made here. There was a lack of movement and we were poor everywhere.

"We lost deservedly and this must not be repeated against Celtic or else we are going out."
