Ja’Marr Chase a DNP on first Bengals vs. Chiefs injury report

The Cincinnati Bengals have remained mum on the status of star wideout Ja’Marr Chase to start Week 17, continuing the trend that held strong over the holiday.

While onlookers saw Chase at practice on Wednesday doing some rehab work, he officially was a DNP on the first injury report of the week before the team takes on the Kansas City Chiefs:

  • WR Ja’Marr Chase (DNP)
  • CB Jalen Davis (Limited)
  • DE Cam Sample (Limited)
  • CB Cam-Taylor Britt (FP)

The Bengals have largely said Chase is a day-to-day situation, so gradually upgrading over the next two injury reports would indicate he could play against the Chiefs.

And on the CTB front, the teundefinedam just designated him to return from injured reserve, so the full participation suggests he’ll be on the field in Kansas City over the weekend.
