J.J. Watt unsure if he can tweet during Texans game, talks ‘coffee’ instead

The Houston Texans had to leave J.J. Watt behind as they traveled to London to take on the Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 9 at Wembley Stadium.

At halftime, with the Texans ahead of the Jaguars 9-3, the three-time NFL Defensive Player of the Year shared his thoughts on Twitter — or, at least, he tried to.

“Idk if I’m allowed to tweet during our game or not,” Watt tweeted. “So I’ll just say that at the halfway point of the morning, I’m happy that I have 9 cups of coffee and my neighbor only has 3 cups. Would love to see that lead increase throughout the second half of the morning.”

Watt got to see his neighbor drop potentially three cups when the Jaguars botched a field goal attempt to end their opening drive of the second half, and the Texans taking over at the 50-yard line with 8:56 to go in the third quarter.
