J.J. Watt accidentally breaks a young Packers fan’s bike

A child-sized bike is not built for J.J. Watt, a 6-foot-5 and 290-pound NFL player. So when Watt mounted a bike, the outcome was relatively predictable. The bike broke.

With Houston and Green Bay participating in joint practices, Watt and his Texans teammates were taking part in the “Dream Drive,”a Packers’ tradition where kids give their bikes to players to ride from the locker room to the practice field. The Texans defensive lineman hopped on the bicycle before practice on Monday and the seat seemed to snap out of place. Watt then elected to pick up the bike and carry it.

It seems Watt owes that kid a new bike — or at the least a new seat. (Watt’s salary this year is $13 million so, yeah, maybe the whole bike.)
