Izakaya restaurant Zuma returns to Phuket

Due to high demand, Zuma's pop-up returns to Anantara Layan Phuket for the seventh season, from now until April.

The contemporary Japanese izakaya restaurant, equipped with its own sushi bar, robata grill kitchen and international team of chefs and service staff, is taking over the 2nd floor of the resort's Beach House dining establishment.

The pop-up's full-scaled izakaya menu, available for both lunch and dinner, includes all-time classic dishes such as Japanese wagyu tataki with truffle ponzu; miso-marinated grilled black cod in hoba leaf; pork ribs with sweet ginger, soy and crushed cashew nuts; sea bass carpaccio with yuzu, truffle oil and salmon roe; roasted lobster with green chilli and garlic shiso butter and top-of-the-line fresh sushi and sashimi.

There is also Chilean sea bass with green chilli ginger dressing, black tiger prawn tempura and the globally famous deluxe dessert platter.

The restaurant also highlights its all-you-can-eat premium Sunday brunch entertained by Zuma's upbeat playlist. Prices are 3,500 baht per person for food and 4,900 baht per person inclusive of Champagne.
