Ivorian vice president resigns, days after prime minister's death

Days after the sudden death of Ivory Coast's prime minister and ruling party candidate in upcoming elections, the country's vice president resigns. The move adds further uncertainty to the political landscape. Also, Rwanda is the only country in sub-Saharan Africa whose nationals can now travel to Europe's Schengen area.
