When you think of the world's most powerful women, who springs to mind? The Queen? Angela Merkel? Our own head of government, Theresa May? Oprah Winfrey?
What about Ivanka Trump - daughter of US President Donald Trump, to whom she also acts as senior adviser? Not that high up on your list? Well, according to Forbes she should be.
In the US business publication's recently released 'The 2018 World’s 100 Most Powerful Women', Ivanka has been rated number 24, one place behind HM The Queen.
"The first daughter and adviser to President Trump has become the de facto First Lady as her step-mother Melania prefers to avoid the limelight," the magazine explains.
However it also adds, "it’s unclear how impactful her role is".
Trump, who formerly ran a fashion company, is joined in the 100 by Germany's Chancellor Angela Merkel (who tops the list), Prime Minister Theresa May, who features second, and head of IMF Christine Lagarde, who comes in third.
Melinda Gates and Oprah Winfrey also appear in the top 25, at number six and number 20 respectively, as does Facebook COO Sheryl Sandberg, who ranks eleventh.
Elsewhere in the 100 can be found Anna Wintour at 48, Beyonce Knowles at 50, Taylor Swift at 68 - incidentally, the youngest woman on the list, aged 28 - and the recently married Priyanka Chopra at number 94.
