Love Island contestant Shaughna Phillips has revealed she has had extensive surgery after massive weight loss.
The 25-year-old drastically changed her life and shed the pounds but was left with loose skin.
Shaughna , from London, lost so much weight that she was forced to undergo agonising surgery to remove it.
She told Glamour magazine it was her breasts that suffered: "I had my boobs uplifted – not implants, but had them shoved up – and that was due to the weight loss.

"My mum had better boobs than me and she’s had two kids! I had such big boobs before that it was literally like nothing."
The democratic services officer - who has also had fillers in her lips and laughter lines - said she trusted her surgeon from the minute he refused to give her implants, the Mirror Online reports.
She said: "When I had them done, my surgeon said he’s not going to give me implants, I’ve got to go somewhere else if I want them, so I was like, ‘you sound like a good guy, I’m going with you’."

Shaughna shared her weight loss progress on Instagram, revealing how she first started getting into shape in 2016.
"Consistency, not perfection," was her motto as she shared a shot of her underwear-clad self looking curvier alongside updates from 2017 and 2019.
The Islander also shared a selfie from her curvier days which showed her posing in gym leggings and a crop top.
She contrasted it with a recent image of her trim self in a plunging swimsuit and added the sassy caption: "If I was doing this for you then I have nothing left to prove, this for me though."
And her fans were completely inspired by her openness, hailing her the "realest out there".
One said: "My fave girl so far... So down to earth n normal."
Another added: "Total respect for putting this up. Shows the kind of person you are ! Well done on your journey."
