Dumped Love Islander Joanna Chimonides has been reacting to the explosive recoupling which saw Amber Gill chose Greg over Joanna's ex Michael.
Amber made the decision at the beginning of tonight's episode saying she wanted 'someone who made her happy'.
Joanna was watching the drama from the comfort of her own sofa after the Islanders voted to save Michael over her on Monday evening's show.
On her Instagram story, she said: "Who else's heart was pounding at that? That was so intense. That was too much.
"I am actually really proud of her, I'm not going to lie, like that was probably one of the most hardest decisions she is going to have to make.
"And she did so well, good on her."
Earlier this evening, Joanna reflected on how hard recoupling is. She said: "Recoupling is not as easy as it looks, when you sitting there it is probably the most nerve-wrecking thing ever.
"I literally remember the first time I had to do the recoupling and honestly, my heart was pounding, you feel like you are going to stutter, you feel like you are going to mix all your words up, so, the new girls did well, the bombshells did well with their little speech."
