The air hostess has endured a turbulent relationship with Curtis Pritchard over the past month.
This came to a head when Curtis admitted his feelings for new girl Jourdan.
Despite Jourdan rejecting his advances, Curtis later broke up with Amy in the villa.
Her family and friends uploaded a post to Instagram, reading: "Who hopes Amy and Curtis are safe tonight?"
Fans responded to the post questioning if Amy had already left the show.
The ECHO understands that Amy has left the villa and her exit will be shown in what is sure to be an eventful episode on Tuesday.
Love Island representatives declined to give an official comment.
Reports of Amy's exit emerged shortly after it was revealed there could be dramatic scenes as a number of couples faced being dumped from the villa in Monday night's episode.
