ITV This Morning viewers spot Dermot O'Leary wardrobe blunder within seconds of episode starting

This Morning viewers couldn't help but be distracted just seconds into the latest episode starting thanks to Dermot O'Leary. The presenter was back fronting the programme on Wednesday (February 13) alongside Josie Gibson.

The pair are stepping in for Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield this week as the ITV daytime show's main hosting duo enjoy their half-term break. Josie has already confirmed that she'll be fronting the show until Thursday while it is likely Dermot will be joined by his usual co-host Alison Hammond on Friday.

But as they kicked off Wednesday's show, which is set to feature an appearance from S Club 7 after they announced their reunion for a tour later this year, viewers spotted what they think was a Dermot wardrobe blunder.

Speaking of the former X Factor host on social media, @RStanleyM tweeted: "Dermot yer fly is down #ThisMorning." @carkedit said: "Someone need to tell @radioleary his zip is partially undone @thismorning #ThisMorning."

During Tuesday's show, Dermot and Josie were left emotional as they helped pull off a sweet Valentine's Day act. As they kicked off the show, the hosting duo revealed that a man called Dan would be proposing to his girlfriend live on air. They then switched from the studio to show the couple in a restaurant that had been fitted out with hidden cameras in order to capture the special moment.

Dan and his partner, Ellen, were enjoying a breakfast date with the latter completely unaware that she was being streamed live on ITV and what was about to happen next. Returning to the couple later a short time into the latest edition of the programme, viewers watched as the staff working in the restaurant burst into song and dance, with a waiter performing his rendition of Bruno Mars loved-up track, Marry You.

As the dancers revealed their tops which laid out "Will you marry me?", Dan said: "Since the day I met you, Ellen, you have made me so happy. Every day, you're perfect. I just want to spend the rest of my life with you, which is why I want to ask you to marry me."

Dan then got down on one knee and popped the question, prompting Ellen to excitedly accept his proposal before bursting into tears. Dermot and Josie were quick to congratulate the pair, with Josie getting emotional herself.

"That was beautiful!" to which Dermot added: "Oh we are welling up over here! Ellen and Dan! This is Dermot O'Leary and Josie Gibson from This Morning, you are live on ITV Congratulations!" Josie then continued: "A massive congratulations to you, Ellen."
