Phillip Schofield was taken aback by a guest's remark on today's show.
The ITV flagship daytime programm e's regular presenting team of Holly and Phil were joined by Miriam Margolyes on Monday's edition.
The 80-year-old's regular appearances on This Morning have become the stuff of legend as she is often prone to hilarious outbursts on-air.

Miriam has been described as Holly and Phil's "favourite guest" - and she was invited on today's show to promote her new Channel 4 series with Alan Cumming, Lost in Scotland.
However, before she took her seat on the famous sofa, Miriam was appearing in an unfamiliar role hosting the guest phone in.
Viewers from across the UK were getting in touch to with the Hollywood actress' advice on a range of issues.
Miriam was delivering no-nonsense responses in her inimitable style as she explained whether she ever gets embarrassed and why it's important to have a thick skin.
However, Phil was left perplexed at a remark Miriam made as she she was dishing out relationship advice.
She said: "Don't do anything sexual straight away. I think you should wait for sex. I don't think it should come immediately. I think it should be arrived at eventually.
"Not like you Phillip. Wait for it"
Phillip and Holly were left in hysterics at the comment.
He shot back: "What do you know that I don't? I'm just trying to process that."
Miriam laughed: "I don't know very much. I'm just guessing."
Fans on Twitter erupted in hysterics at the exchange and praised Miriam's appearance on the show.
Tom said: "Love Miriam she’s such a nice person and she’s so funny to be around with."
Lea added: "Miriam always makes me so happy."
Hazel commented: "More Miriam please!"
Karen tweeted: "Oh I love her! Gentle, kind but honest. Please give her a regular Dear Miriam slot."
