Josie shared a message on her Instagram stories after yesterday's show praising the usual hosts for making presenting the show "look so easy".

She said: "It's not even 3 o'clock yet and I've had to go and have a little lie down.

"Honestly, it's so much concentration. My brain is fried and it was quite fried anyway."

Josie's appearances on This Morning have been a hit with fans as she has continued to win acclaim for her presenting skills on today's show.

Selina commented: "Please don't make @Josiestweet go back to dressing up as a pigeon or whatever - dunno if she enjoys it but she's a natural in the studio, you should keep her."

Ryan tweeted : "Kinda loving Josie presenting #ThisMorning. Can we keep her instead."
