Josie Gibson screamed on air today as she almost plunged into an icy pool on This Morning.
Big Brother star Josie was in the Italian mountains promoting a new competition for viewers to enter.
Josie was pulling herself across the lake on a raft, with an accordion player next to her.
But as she reached the other side of the pool she attempted to get off the raft but got stuck, with one leg on the raft and one on the ground.
She screamed and everyone laughed but then she said "No No guys, help!"
Her plea led to a producer running into the shot and helping her to get back on her feet.
Holly and Phil looked stunned back in the studio and asked her if she was ok.
They went back to Josie a few minutes later to check on her and she said: "Sorry about that guys, I'm sorry if I swore, but you need to enter this competiton."
And viewers at home couldn't believe what they were seeing.
Carlito Brigante said: "I was praying she went in."
Disasterpiece said: "Why would you make her do a live segment, on a flimsy, icy, self-propelling raft thing...unless you wanted her to fall in?"
And Gemma Skinner said: "Josie on This Morning (crying laughing emojis)"
