ITV This Morning's Holly Willoughby reveals what football team she supports - and people aren't happy

Holly Willoughby is a national sweetheart - but her latest admission hasn't impressed some fans.

Having presented This Morning for over 10 years and Dancing on Ice since 2006, Holly is one of the UK's most-loved presenters.

In the eyes of most she can do no wrong - that was until she announced on Instagram what football team she supports.

The blonde beauty inadvertently disclosed her football allegiance after appearing at the Emirates Stadium to support Arsenal last night.

Writing on Instagram, she said: "Harry [her son] feeling truly inspired after the most wonderful night for the @arsenal_foundation#nighttoinspire.

Holly alerted TV bosses after insects escaped (ITV)

"Thank you to all the players for their time and kind words...

"Keep up the incredible work that the foundation does, making a huge difference to young people’s lives at home and across the globe."

She posted the caption with a picture of Harry standing outside the stadium.

Some fans rejoiced in her admission.

And some commented 'COYS', a message of support to rival team Tottenham Hotspur.

But this isn't the first time Holly has been linked to supporting Arsenal.

Appearing on Lorraine last year, Holly spoke about being a keen supporter alongside best friend Fearne Cotton.

She said: "If he [Harry] isn’t playing it he is watching it."

He also gifted her a drawing which read: “I love you more than I love football.”
