A hilarious mishap on ITV's This Morning shocked presenters Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield.
The two hosts were taking part in a segment about simple life hacks that could change your life, including making a quick makeshift apron from a black bin bag.
But it was when Steve Wilson tried to show Holly and Phil how to separate and egg yolk from an egg white using a fish slice that things began to go wrong.
The slots were supposed to allow the white to fall through to the bowl below, keeping the yolk intact on top. Unfortunately, things didn't go quite to plan and the whole egg slipped through.
Holly gasped and burst out laughing, while Phil put his hand over his mouth in shock.
Trying to laugh it off, Steve said: "It worked in rehearsals."
He tried again, keeping the yolk to the thinner end of the utensil, and proved it does work, though maybe just with a bit of practice.
While most of the tips worked, some viewers took issue with the bin bag aprons, suggesting it was a hazard to put a plastic bag over your head due to the risk of suffocation.
One said: "Kids suffocating across the country, well done."
Another said: "How dangerous...teaching kids to put plastic bags over their heads...IDIOTS!"
