ITV This Morning host Holly Willoughby confuses fans with Instagram snap

Holly Willoughby has confused some fans with her latest Instagram post ahead of going live on This Morning.

The 38-year-old always posts snaps of her outfits for the daytime magazine show, and they are always liked by thousands of her followers.

But today, some were curious about her pose, as the mum-of-three stared down at her feet leaving many to wonder what she had spotted on the ground.

Commenting on Holly's image of her designer floral dress, one said: "Oh no, what’s she lost?" Leading another to reply: "Dropped her phone, I think."

One also poked gentle fun at the presenter, reassuring her: "You look gorgeous plus your feet look amazing."

Holly is an experienced model, and a regular Instagrammer, so she knows how to capture all her best angles.

In fact, there are a lot of blogs dedicated to perfecting your poses, many citing the 'downward glance' as a way to improve your photo.

Writing on blog But First, Coffee , YouTuber Kallie Branciforte said: "The downward glance will never (ever ever ever ever) let you down. It works for everyone… just trust me. I almost always snap one quick “look down” picture just in case the other snaps fail."

She is also a fan of 'stepping forward', which Holly is very fond of in her, now almost trademark, nude heels.

Kallie said: "The most automatic pose when someone takes your photo is to plant your feet straight down. But, by taking one foot and stepping forward it not only gives your body natural curve,  it also gives the picture movement and interest.

"TIP:   Try to step forward on the balls of your feet so you are somewhat on your tiptoes, it’ll elongate the legs making you look taller and leaner."
