The Chase viewers were left stunned today over a contestant's age.
On the show, Vicky, Dexter, Francesca and Dave were up against The Governess in the hope of winning a potential prize fund worth thousands of pounds.
But during the introduction sequence, fans of the show were surprised to learn Dave's age.
Dave said he was a retired software architect, looking to go around the South Pacific, specifically Hawaii.
But many fans felt he looked much younger than he was, after it was confirmed he was 61.
Emma tweeted: "Jaysus Dave looks well for 61!"
Jamonda said: "I hope I look as young as Dave at 61."i
The 61-year-old scored an impressive £6,000 in the cash-builder before making it through to the final round by the skin of his teeth.
He joined teammates Dexter and Vicky as they battled it out for a total of £16,000.
His team scored 17 and executed three push-backs but were caught out by Anne Hegerty with five seconds to go.
