ITV The Chase's Bradley Walsh left speechless at contestant's 'rude' habit

Bradley Walsh was left speechless by a contestant's habit on today's episode of The Chase.

The 61-year-old presenter welcomed four new quizzers on Wednesday's episode of the popular ITV game show.

Sarah, Stephen, Natasha and George were the latest contestants to test their wits against Shaun Wallace to try and win a cash prize.

Up in seat 1 was Sarah, a primary school teacher from Bakewell who said she has a daughter attending University in Liverpool.

The 57-year-old built up £3,000 in her cash-builder before she successfully navigated her way past The Dark Destroyer to make it to the Final Chase.

Sarah put in an energetic performance on the ITV show as she walked back to her podium before Bradley Walsh had even confirmed her win.

And the presenter was stunned when Sarah interjected to speak at various points throughout the rest of the show.

Natasha and Stephen both joined Sarah in the final after they controversially took lower offers - and the school teacher turned to discuss the team's performance with her fellow contestant.

She said: "We've gone low, we've hardly got any money, but we've got three of us through."

Bradley Walsh and Shaun Wallace exchanged a shocked look before the host turned to the camera to confess he had no idea what was going on.

He said: "Don't ask me what's going on. I haven't got a clue. I've never made a show like this one. It's extraordinary."

Sarah responded: "It is because we all got back."

Bradley shot back: "No, I mean you're so interruptive the lot of you. It's like being in one of your classes. I wonder if the kids ever say to you 'Miss, give it a rest."

And fans of the show took to Twitter in hysterics at how Sarah kept interrupting Bradley.

Lois said: "Sarah put your hand up if you have something to say.."

Sabrina said: "Sarah on #thechase looking for her 15 minutes of fame this evening by being extremely rude & interrupting everyone!

"Not just the other contestants but @BradleyWalsh & even #Chase."

Another said: "I bet they have loads of wrong person answers because Sarah will answer them all whether she buzzed or not."

Bradley Walsh signed off Wednesday's edition by saying how much he enjoyed the episode.

He said: "Not only has it been one of the most extraordinary shows of the past 11 years, it has also been one of the most fun."

The Chase airs weekdays at 5pm on ITV and ITVHub
