He's one of the most recognisable faces on UK TV screens.
The star of ITV's top-rated quiz show The Chase since it started in 2009, he's also appeared in long running soap Coronation Street and more recently played the Time Lord's assistant Graham O’Brien in Doctor Who.
For the last three years he's also been taking to the road with his 24-year-old son Barney, their travel adventures forming the basis for Bradley Walsh & Son: Breaking Dad - during the filming of which Bradley broke three bones in his back after being thrown from a bull at a US rodeo.
But the 61-year-old from Watford has both a famous wife called Donna Derby and a daughter Hayley who stay hidden from the spotlight, the former being the person he credits for helping to launch his career.
"I wouldn't swap my missus for the world," he told The Mirror in 2019.
"Donna isn't just beautiful, she's the most fantastic wife and mother. It's because of her I signed with Coronation Street," he added, explaining how she helped him make up his mind when he was dithering about auditioning. "She's the one who recognised what it could do for me even though it would mean being apart."
Prior to their wedding in 1997, Donna had been a professional dancer and choreographer, appearing in the music video for Robert Palmer's Simply Irresistible in 1988. During the late '80s, she also appeared on The Russ Abbott Show and The Kenny Everett Television Show. In addition, she worked as a choreographer on Miss World.
And Bradley also has another child aside from Barney. Hayley is his 39-year-old daughter from a previous relationship he had when he was younger. A reflexologist, she had a baby boy last year making Bradley a grandfather for the first time.
In one recent interview he said: "I am a granddad. My daughter and her husband Tom have had a baby boy who is coming up for five months old. It's been tricky as during lockdown no one could get to see their grandchildren. Thank God for FaceTime – it has kept people in touch."
