ITV The Chase question sends host Bradley Walsh in fits of laughter

A question on The Chase had host Bradley Walsh in fits of laughter tonight.

Bradley was presented with the question : "Used to make a variety of the alcoholic drink eau-de-vi, what are quetsch?"

The options were either: Dalmatian nuts, Alsatian plums and Pyrenean grapes.

Bradley started to giggle as he read out the first two options with Chaser Mark Labbett and the contestants also smirking away.

Contestant Carline went for Pyrenean grapes, with Bradley saying "it's got to be."

Bradley Walsh was left laughing at the question (ITV)

But it turned out that it was in fact Alsatian plums - with both Bradley and Mark making innuendos.

Sadly the wrong answer meant that the contestant was knocked out of the show.

But lots of people took to social media, saying the question also made them raise a smile.

One said: "Alsatian plums (crying laughing emojis) #thechase "

And another said: "Bradley cracking up is the best."

*The Chase continues at 5pm on ITV tomorrow
