ITV The Chase host Bradley Walsh takes shots at rival show Pointless

Bradley Walsh made a series of scathing attacks on rival show Pointless on tonight's bloopers episode of The Chase.

The outtakes show revealed a series of scenes that had never made the main show and the clips showed host Bradley roundly slamming the BBC show.

In one clip Bradley mocked the prize fund on Pointless, he said: "oooo this week's jackpot is £2,100, there's two of you that's not going to go far, but they will give you a mug to make up for it."

And in another scene Bradley chatted to a contestant at the table and said: "I bet you never knew how much fun we have in the studio."

The contestant said: "I don't know it looks like you have a laugh, you like your banter."

Bradley said: "It's not like Pointless, I've been in the studio when they've filmed that and it's so boring, I'd rather stick pins in my eyes."

The contestant replied: "So you won't be going on Pointless celebrities then?"

And Bradley gave her a disgusted look and said: "Do I look like a Pointless celebrity?"

Viewers watching the bloopers show loved Bradley's attack on the show that also airs at 5pm on BBC1.
