ITV The Chase host Bradley Walsh left fuming at contestant

ITV host Bradley Walsh was left fuming at a contestant on award-winning quiz show The Chase.

The 58-year-old presenter gets very passionate about his team, encouraging them to take on the chase and win.

And he clearly had high hopes for theatre student Liam when he banked an impressive £7,000 in the cash builder.

But when he came face-to-face with Anne Hegerty, the studio lights seemed to get the best of the 22-year-old.

He was asked: "In the mobile game 'The Wolf's Bite', what animals conspire against the Big Bad Wolf and his new restaurant?"

The choice of answers were: A. Chickens, B. Pigs, of C. Cows.

Liam chose A. Chickens. And Bradley's face was a picture of shock, causing Liam to protest: "I don't know it."

A frustrated Brad snapped: "Yes, you do!".

The answer was of course, B. Pigs, which The Governess guessed correctly moving her closer to Liam.

He tried to pass it off as "starting jitters" but it was too late and he was easily caught and sent home with nothing.

Bradley's reaction had not gone unnoticed by viewers who couldn't believe Liam had got the question wrong.

One tweeted: "Brad's face when he answered "chickens"," including four laughing emojis.

Another said: "Brads face when he saw he’d put Chickens was priceless."
