ITV The Chase host Bradley Walsh causes concern among viewers

Bradley Walsh left viewers worried today on The Chase as they noticed a big difference in him.

Many viewers expressed concern for Bradley as they realised his voice was different.

Bradley, 60, introduced his team as usual and started up the cash builder questions with first contestant Kieran.

But Bradley sounded like he had a sore throat, with some viewers saying he sounded "robotic".

And many of them took to social media to point it out.

@arconada-armstrong_82 said: "Why does Bradley sound robotic today?"

Dayjur said: "Bradley's got the lurgy."

Michael said: "Bradley sounds different."

Andy said: "Bradley sounding a bit rough on today's show!"

And Jack Schit said: "Bradley got a sore throat today?"

But Bradley didn't seem to be too affected by his sore throat as he laughed and joked with the contestants and The Beast, Mark Labbett, who was tonight's Chaser.

Earlier this week it was revealed that Bradley would become a grandad as his daughter announced her pregnancy.

ITV favourite Bradley, 60, has a son Barney, 23, with his wife Donna Derby but he's also dad to Hayley, 39, from his previous relationship with Debby Parker.

Hayley announced her pregnancy as she shared a photo this week with a sign declaring she was "on maternity leave".

Reflexologist Hayley revealed she found out she was expecting during lockdown and has been busy preparing for the baby's arrival.
