ITV The Chase viewers were dumbfounded by a player's answer on tonight's episode.
The episode of the smash hit quiz show, which was a repeat, saw Liverpool student Ben take on an eponymous Chaser in a bid to win a cash prize.
Ben answered three questions correctly in his cash builder round, but one of his wrong answers left viewers in stitches.
The student was asked on which continent the South American mountainous range the Andes can be found, to which Ben answered Europe.
Viewers were stunned by his answer and took to Twitter to share their thoughts.
Steve said: "The Andes are in Europe [laughing emoji] who knew".
Simon commented: "That European mountain range, The Andes".
Kirsten said: "That good ole European mountain range... the Andes [laughing emojis]".
Steve said: "That cash builder was quite the comedy of errors - I mean, the Andes in Europe?!"
Hugh added: "That well known mountain range in Europe The Andes!"
But Ben made it back to the Final Chase to take on Jenny 'the Vixen' Ryan for a stab at an £8,000 jackpot with one other teammate.
Unfortunately, the team were caught by the Chaser and left empty handed.
