ITV The Chase fans spot subtle Black Lives Matter message in the quiz question

Viewers of The Chase tonight are convinced they spotted a Black Lives Matter message in the quiz question answers.

Bradley Walsh asked contested Lynne 'In the UK, what single letter postcode covers the largest population?'

And the answer options for the questions where B , L and M.

Lynne answered the question right with the letter B and took back £5,000 for the team.

One Twitter user said: "BLM did ITV do that on purpose?"

While another added : "See what you did there with the postcode question on #thechase today. Good call! Subtle supporting, well done @ITV @MarkLabbett #BLM."

A third tweeted: "Big up the chase for secret codes #blm x"

@IndignantPeanut said: "Some subliminal message there. BLM."

@josie96634272 said: "Don’t know if @itv #thechase did this deliberately but I love it #blm "

It wouldn't be the first time ITV have shown their support for the movement as Britain's Got Talent fans spotted Alesha Dixon's BLM necklace.

The message in her necklace came after judge Ashley Banjo performed a routine inspired by the movement.

The dance sparked about 24,500 complaints to Ofcom - which is almost a record for the decade.
