Fans of The Chase were shocked tonight, as a contestant revealed how old they were.
Pete,an account manager from London, managed to get £1,000 in his cash builder and said he was going to put it towards an engagement ring for his girlfriend Emma.
Pete who told Bradley he was '6ft 7' said he was a fanatic Leicester city fan and played hockey regularly.
But when he said he was 26 viewers couldn't believe it, saying he looked much older.
Laura JW said: "Pete is not 26!!!"
Stuart Callachan said: "Theres f***ing no way he's 26."
Dayjur said: "He got so many wrong, he probably got his age wrong as well. Should've said 36 instead of 26."
And Dave said: "Is 26 his IQ? Jesus wept that was horrendous."
Pete went up against The Beast who was The Chaser tonight who dealt him a killer blow as he said: "The only ring you're getting tonight is ringing the taxi home based on that performance.
But despite the jokes Pete managed to get back to his team with the £1,000.
His teammate Lexi, 33, managed to also return to the team, but with a much more impressive £8,000.
