Fans of The Chase fell hard for a stunning contestant who failed to make it over the last hurdle.
Viewers of the ITV quiz show were quick to take to social media when Briony appeared on Friday afternoon's episode.
In the repeated episode, hosted by Bradley Walsh, one woman who took part caught the attention of those at home.
Briony immediately became the star as she faced off against Bradley Walsh in the Cash Builder.
She then took on Shaun Wallace, The Dark Destroyer, to try and win £3,000 back to her team.
According to Mirror Online, during the show, fans of The Chase quickly also became devotees of "classy" and "kind" Briony.

And @HillsideD siad: "I hope Briony wins. She seems to be the kindest."
But Briony's stint on the show wasn't meant to be as she was caught by the Chaser and booted from the show.
The loss came as a significant blow to all the viewers who were clearly rooting for Briony.

ITV has been showing repeats of The Chase due to filming being halted during the coronavirus crisis.
As COVID-19 deaths continue to rise around the world and in the UK, ITV suspended production of a number of its shows in order to keep people safe.
