A contestant on award-winning quiz show The Chase was forced to apologise after a disastrous first round - leading to a change to the usual rules.
Teaching assistant Rachel did not get a single question right in her cash builder round taking zero to the table against the chaser.
The 31-year-old from Stockport said: "So bad. Oh, I'm sorry."
ITV host, Bradley Walsh told her there was no need to be sorry and reassured her it was just the nerves that had contributed to her performance.
But viewers at home had less sympathy for Rachel, @lollysuckwell said: " What’s going on with her?"
@jamesk74497814 said: " #TheChase painful to watch that !!"
@stevebethere said: " My theory is that she is a better player than that."

Because Rachel failed to bank any money, there was no lower offer from Jenny Ryan, but she did offer her the chance to play for £50,000, and added: "In this situation, I think you feel that you need to prove something."
But after talking to her teammates, Rachel said: "I'm gonna be a wimp and go for the zero and get back [to the team]."
Unfortunately, things didn't go her way, and after two mistakes, she was quickly caught by The Vixen.
Jenny said: "We didn't see the best of Rachel there, I think the studio lights got to her."
*The Chase is on ITV1, weekdays from 5pm
