ITV The Chase Chaser The Beast breaks set after team's epic win

The Beast stormed off set tonight and punched a wall on The Chase after a team's epic win.

The team were playing for £60,000 and managed to set a target of 22 for The Beast, Mark Labbett to beat.

Before the final Chase the Beast said: "There's only one chaser thats caught a 22 in three years, and you're looking at him."

In a tense final Chase the Beast struggled with the questions and the team managed to get a lot of pushbacks correct.

The Beast ran out of time and the team managed to win the £60,000.

They were ecstatic, but the Beast was clearly annoyed as he said: "Well played guys."

He then got up from his chair and stormed off set, punching the wall as he went.

Bradley was shocked and asked: "Can anyone rebuild the set he's just broken?"

Viewers at home were also stunned by The Beast's actions in the show, which was a repeat from 2016.

Corey said: "The Beast just went mental and broke the set."

Mike Stacey said: "The Beast on the Chase having a tantrum had to be the funniest thing I've seen in ages on TV."

James said: "As if I've just seen Mark Labbett hit the set of #TheChase because he lost."

And Chantelle said: "Asif mark just stormed off like that because he lost."

*The Chase continues at 5pm on ITV tomorrow
