The Chase saw a great-grandmother leave Bradley Walsh in fits of laughter on tonight's show, before she made a brave move.
Host Bradley Walsh mispronounced Cilla's name as the first contestant asked which amount he should play for.
Bradley called her "Killer" instead of Cilla and stayed with the joke after it made the studio burst into laughter.
As Cilla, 75, was due to take her seat at the table he said: "Up next, there's a killer on the loose."
Chatting to Cilla before her cash builder Bradley found out that she was a retired nurse.
Cilla, from Great Yarmouth, said: "I like to read a lot, I've got grandchildren and great grandchildren and we like to go out a lot and do nothing generally."
She said she wanted to treat her family if she won some money, she said she'd send her granddaughter Jodie and her son Shay to Disneyland and pay for the insurance, because they had a medical condition that made insurance expensive.
Cilla got £3,000 in her cash builder and then went up against Paul Sinha, The Sinnerman, who was tonight's Chaser.
Paul offered her a high offer of £40,000 and she ended up taking it, saying: "I'm only here once."
And viewers at home loved the gutsy gran's attitude.

Stevie Lowe said: "Cilla's going for it! Suprise, Surprise!"
Gillian Hudson said: "You go girl!!!! £40k."
And Kaitlyn Murphy said: "Cilla is going for the £40,000 C'MON CILLA."
Sadly Cilla was caught by Paul, but Bradley was sad to see her go, telling her to give his love to Yarmouth.
