ITV's new Beat The Chasers leaves viewers all saying the same thing

The Chase's brand new spin off show Beat The Chasers kicked off on Monday night, and viewers have all been left saying the same thing.

In the new quiz show all of the famous Chasers, Mark Labbett, Anne Hegerty, Paul Sinha, Jenny Ryan and Shaun Wallace are united to take on the contestants.

The episodes, which air weekdays at 9pm, see players decide how many Chasers they want to take on.

Members of the audience are called out to face five multiple choice questions, with the chance to bank up to £5,000.

If they get the question wrong however, they're out.

Next, the contestant is given the option to face between two and five Chasers for increasing amounts of money, but with a decreasing time advantage against them.

Last to face the Chasers was Sally from Cheshire, who had also appeared on season one of The Chase and Mastermind.

But viewers were left on a major cliffhanger after Sally opted for the top prize of £75,000 by taking on all five Chasers.

The new show has gone down well with regular The Chase fans, with one saying: "Round of applause for that show right there!!!!!!"

Another said: "Omg loving this new show. Didn't think they could make the chase any better but this is brilliant. Bradley even funnier and contestants too".

A third added: ""I am OBSESSED with #BeatTheChasers!!!"

"Beat The Chasers is giving me serious ‘event television’ vibes. Similar big feeling for me as Who Wants To Be A Millionaire. Incredible format, intensely dramatic and highly entertaining. I LOVE it" said another.

"I'm liking this new format already. I don't envy the contestants going up against all five of them though #BeatTheChasers " said another fan.

Beat The Chasers continues weekdays at 9pm on ITV1.
