ITV's I'm A Celeb could be forced off air again as Storm Barra hits North Wales

I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here crews are working hard to keep the set secure as Storm Barra rips through North Wales.

The show has been back on air for less than a week after Storm Arwen caused terrible damage to the show's production tents and the show had to be cancelled for three days with the celebrities needing to go into isolation.

Storm Barra is thought to not be as strong as its predecessor but the Met Office has still issued a yellow weather warning for the area as gale force winds rip through Wales and the rest of the UK.

Video footage has showed Gwrych Castle, where the celebrity campmates are based, being hit by heavy winds and rain.

The footage showed the crews on the set working hard to ensure that it is all as secure as possible to try and prevent the show being cancelled for a second time.

In an interview on ITV's This Morning, last week, co-host Ant McPartlin said: "There's a slight worry because I think there's more bad weather coming next week, but I think it is just temperatures dropping, maybe a bit of snow, a bit of frost, I think we can cope with that."

Dec laughed, before he added: "You never get this in Australia! Let's not speak too soon, but let's hope we are back and on until the end."

Viewers of the show were outraged after the downtime when they discovered that some celebs had sneaked some sweet treats while in isolation.

While they still didn't have access to the outside world, they were able to watch Netflix and sleep in a proper bed too.

Danny Miller claimed he stuck to a rice and beans diet and slept on the floor so that returning to the Castle would not be as difficult for him.
