ITV doctor, Hilary Jones has told Lorraine the one simple change viewers need to make for better sleep.
The 65-year-old appeared on Good Morning Britain's sister show to talk about the importance of sleep and how, in general, the UK population is not getting enough.
It is recommended that adults get around seven to eight hours sleep a night for their overall health.

Dr Hilary said: "People have a lot of issues with sleep, some find they can't get off to sleep or some wake up early and then that's it.
"We try to burn the candle at both ends, we have very busy minds. Some of us are eating too late, kick starting the metabolism and making us too hot. Or we are having caffeine too late."
But there was one change that he said was important to enforce; the bedroom should be a tech-free zone.
He said: "You really need to look at what you are doing the two hours before bed.
"Take a bath, try some aromatherapy, but the bedroom should be a tech-free zone.
"The blue light [on phones, laptops and tablets] can switch off melatonin [the hormone that regulates our natural sleep cycle] by emulating sunlight and keep you awake."
And he had bad news for chocolate lovers. Dr Hilary told Lorraine that the sweet treat can emulate the effects of caffeine, so if you are having trouble sleeping, it might be time to ditch the before-bed treat.
