Reigning champion pro Angela Egan, who lifted the trophy with Capital Radio DJ Sonny Jay last series, is also back.

And figure skaters Morgan Swales, Tippy Packard and Colin Grafton will also join the line-up, making their Dancing on Ice debuts as the show returns to our screens at 6pm on Sunday January 16.

Sharing a black and white photo of the pair together in a dance pose on Tuesday she wrote: "Stepping into 2022 with such excitement. Can’t wait to get back tomorrow."

Celebrity contestants and their professional partners will skate live each week in a bid to impress the panel and the viewers at home.
