Lorraine Kelly and Ross King were left shocked as a mouse ran through the studio live on television.
Ross was doing his usual showbiz segment live from Los Angeles on Lorraine when he was "distracted" by a mouse.
Stopping him in his tracks, Ross halted his celebrity news discussion to tell Lorraine he had just seen a mouse.
"Sorry, I've just seen a mouse run through the studio there," Ross told viewers at home.
A shocked Lorraine responded: "You have not, a showbiz mouse!"
Ross then joked it wasn't even Disney's Mickey or Minnie as he kept on the look out.
The Scottish presenter went on to apologise before trying to get back to his segment.
However, nervous about the mouse's whereabouts, a distracted Ross then asked: "What a surreal moment, where has it gone?"
Reacting on Twitter, one ITV viewer wrote: "Poor Ross King on @Lorraine ! I'd have ran out the studio."
Lorraine continues weekdays on ITV at 9am.
