ITV Love Island star Indiyah had to make change when she got home as fans notice problem

Eagle-eyed Love Island viewers have spotted something amiss as finalist Indiyah Polack returned to the UK with other half Dami Hope.

The loved-up pair finished fourth in the grand finale of the ITV2 reality dating show on Monday and came home yesterday (Wednesday) along with the other remaining islanders still in the villa at the end.

Ekin-Su Culculoglu and Davide Sanclimenti were the winners of the show while Luca Bish and Gemma Owen came second in the runner-up position. Model Tasha Ghouri, Love Island's first ever deaf contestant, and real estate agent Andrew Le Page finished in fourth place.

Hotel waitress Indiyah, 23, from London, and senior microbiologist Dami, 26, from Dublin, were beaming as they cosied up at London's Stansted Airport as soon as they got home to the UK. "Finally" wrote Indiyah with a love heart on her social media, as she shared a cute snap of herself and Dami holding hands, as writes MEN.

As she began her new journey as a girlfriend after meeting and falling for Dami in the villa, she explained she had taken action to change her Instagram handle. She switched it from @1ndiyah to @indiyahhp after followers had struggled to find her because she had a number at the start of her name.

"Apparently I was shadow banned because of my old handle this is my new @ guys," she explained on her Instagram Stories. And on Twitter she told fans: "Hi guys! Just wanted to say a HUGE thank you for all the support and love you’ve all been amazing - it’s been a great journey but it doesn’t stop here!! I’ve also changed my Instagram handle so it should be easier for you guys to find me! @indiyahhp."

@eastfan16 told her: "I get why you changed your username name but I really liked the 1ndiyah name it was cute and unique but whatever makes you happy though my girl!" And @jrelioz explained: "People couldn’t find her on Instagram."

@Maame_Arabah told Indiyah, who has almost 600,000 followers: "U are welcome our gorgeous Princess. It's good u have changed the name. More followers n more endorsements await u."

Indiyah was also urged to change it again to indiyahpolack with one follower explaining: "Indiyah changed her user, to indiyahhp, but the person who has the user indiyahpolack, is holding it for when she comes back so Indiyah can change it to that."

The account indiyahpolack wrote: "I told indiyah's account handler that she can have this user if she wants to idk why yall are mad. Not changing it rn cause some rando could take it." And @badlilvibe100 urged: "Indiyah please change it to this."

Fans also pointed out that Indiyah was the only female finalist not to be verified with a blue tick on Insta. @NanaNMinks pleaded: "I need them to give my sis Indiyah 1M on Instagram!!!! It don’t sit right with me that she isn’t already."

@MiaRoselynn said: "Guys please follow Indiyah on Instagram. A finalist should at least have 1M followers!" @Princeofllsan told her: "They need to give you your blue tick!"

@lukelipa echoed: "Now you just need the blue tick." And @Lil_Myzz_Shady asked: "Hang on why everybody but Indiyah have a blue tick?"
